After so many years, upon hearing the name of the ship, Neen felt both sorrow and joy. Joy because the ship was a unique bond that had been very good to her in this house. And sorrow because the ship had not fulfilled its promise. She had not informed Mustafa of its arrival.
Neen was still contemplating when Mustafa spoke, “The ship was indeed very good, ___ but circumstances took such a turn that her family arranged her marriage in their village. Her in-laws were strict, so she left her job.”
