When Ayana woke up in the morning, she found her gaze fixed on Namir, who was standing in front of the dresser, running a comb through his hair. Today was a special day, and he had plans for where to go. Ayana began to wonder, but she couldn’t bring herself to ask him because she was still upset about his actions from the previous day. Then her gaze fell on her own clothes, and she realized she hadn’t worn them last night. So, whose clothes had Namir changed into? She raised her head to look at Namir.
He was also looking at himself in the mirror. Ayana lowered her gaze again. Now he was putting on a wristwatch.
“Did you not treat me well yesterday?” Ayana complained, but he ignored her, stuffing his wallet and mobile phone into his pocket. Ayana became even more irritated at his indifference.
“If you were so upset with me, why did you bring me inside last night? Why did you change my clothes? You could have let me freeze and die of fear!” She got up from the bed and stood in front of Namir, speaking with frustration.
